BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The site should be cleared of any hazards e.g. Glass, Stones etc. and the open sides of the inflatable should be well cushioned against possible contact with sharp objects prior to the delivery of the inflatable.

The inflatable will be erected and anchored in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and in any event should not be used in high winds or wet conditions in contravention of the manufacturers guidelines.

THE HIRER MUST NOT ATTEMPT TO MOVE THE EQUIPMENT ONCE IT HAS BEEN SITED

An RCD (residual current breaker) must be used when the unit is used outdoors. All electrical equipment is fully tested within health and safety guidelines by a qualified electrician and all equipment is fitted with British standards approved connections. 

NO PERSONS SHALL INTERFERE WITH THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.

Ensure the inflatable is supervised at all times and any boisterous behaviour is stopped immediately.

DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO SIT ON THE SIDES NOR CLIMB, SWING OR HANG FROM

THE WALLS AND/OR BEAMS OF INFLATABLE.

Do not exceed the manufacturers recommended maximum age or numbers of persons using the inflatable, do not allow a mix of children of different sizes and never mix children and adults on the inflatable at the same time.

ADULT USE (OVER 14 YRS OLD) OF CHILDREN'S EQUIPMENT IS NOT PERMITTED.

Shoes, Jewellery, sharp objects or anything likely to cause injury to users or damage to the equipment should be removed prior to commencement, absolutely no cigarettes, food or drink are allowed on the inflatable.

PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRINK OR DRUGS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE INFLATABLE!

In the event of deflation of the unit for any reason it should be evacuated immediately to prevent injury to users or damage to equipment. The hirer should not allow persons on the inflatable during inflation.

DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO BOUNCE ON THE STEP/FRONT APRON. THE STEP IS THERE TO HELP USERS GET ON AND OFF.

DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE WITH A HISTORY OF BACK OR NECK PROBLEMS TO GO ON THE INFLATABLE.

SHOULD A REQUEST BE MADE FOR OVERNIGHT HIRE, THE HIRER WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SECURITY OFF ALL EQUIPMENT DELIVERED TO THE AGREED LOCATION.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER TO ENSURE THAT ALL POSSIBLE STEPS ARE TAKEN TO AVOID INJURY OR DAMAGE TO THE INFLATABLE .PLEASE ENSURE THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PERSONS USING THIS INFLATABLE DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE PERSON/ORGANISATION HIRING THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY OCCURRING FROM OR AS A RESULT OF MISUSE OR RECKLESS USE.

THESE GUIDELINES ARE FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PEOPLE USING THIS EQUIPMENT, AND IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER TO ENSURE THEY ARE ADHERED TO. OUR COMPANY CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED TO ANYONE USING THIS EQUIPMENT.
